A few weekends ago we took our first camping trip. We went with our great friends Hollie and Travis and there little boy Gavin, who is just a little older than Makenzie. Our other good friends Mark and Kelly and their boy Grant came too. It was such an amazing time. Makenzie did so well! We shared Hollie and Travis's camper and put the kids in their pack n' plays in the middle. It was so awesome to be surronded by people you love and share some laughs surronded by this beautiful world God gave us. We all had dogs and they had the best time swimming and running.
We went hiking the next day to find a lake, but to no avail. It was fun anyways. Makenzie fell asleep on Drew's back in the backpack (way to go Drew for hiking with a 30 pound child on your back!!). It was a great time, we can't wait to do it again!

good stuff, I can't wait to start camping, I don't know what it is going to take to get us out there. it takes a little bit of planning and preparation that I don't have the energy for right now. I love the pictures, they bring back lots of good growing up memories. you have a cute family.
